Invitation to contribute to Applied Surface Science Special Issue VSI: AdvPhotoCat-E 2017

Dear colleagues,

We would like to invite you to contribute your latest original research papers to the Applied Surface Science Special Issue VSI: AdvPhotoCat-E 2017.

Submission deadline: 15 September 2017: All papers should be submitted before this date and the option to submit online via the submission system (EES) will closed.

Acceptance deadline: 15 January 2018: All manuscripts must be peer reviewed and final decisions (accept or reject) made for all articles by this date.

This special issue contains a selection of the best original research papers based on (but not limited to) the communications presented during “Advances in photocatalysis” – the 2nd international workshop held at Technological Educational Institute of Crete, Greece  between 14th and 16th of July 2017.

Dear Colleagues we are happy to inform you that Selected contributions in the Workshop will be published in the Special Issue “AdvPhotoCat-E 2017” in APSUSC IF~3.387 , an Issue consisting in about 20 accepted papers (~110pages).

Please prepare your Manuscripts: max 5 Pages including images, graphics and tables, references. The full paper should include title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion and references and so on. Detailed information on manuscript formatting according to the specific journal publishing the Proceedings rules are provided here Guide for Authors Applied Surface Science or you can find on line in the journal website.

Date when EES must be ready to receive submissions for this conference special issue:       July 31st 2017
Date when EES will stop receiving new submissions to this conference special issue:            Sep. 15th 2017
Expected date of submitting all papers to Elsevier for production:
Jan. 15th 2018

All manuscripts will be peer reviewed and processed as normal submissions in APSUSC and should be at the Journal Quality Standards for publication.

 

 

 

Abstracts: Max 1 Page Times New Roman 12 font, single space, margins 2,5 cm, .doc and .pdf format to be send by e-mail to contact@photocatalysis-workshop.com

Authors will be announced about their Abstract accept and invited to submit their Manuscripts: max 4 Pages including images, graphics and tables, Times New Roman 12 font, single space, .doc or .pdf format. The full paper should include title, authors, affiliations, abstract, keywords, introduction, materials and methods, results, discussion, conclusion and references and so on. Detailed information on manuscript formatting will be provided to each author after manuscript revision according to the specific journal publishing the Proceedings rules.

All manuscripts will be peer reviewed.

Selected contributions in the Workshop may be recommended for publication in some ISI journals as regular submissions, which would have the footnotes that this was presented at the present event. 

On line publication costs for Proceedings are included in the conference fee. If authors need a hard copy, they will have to order it to the publisher and they will be charged with the specific cost and the postage.
